Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Dhwani Jewels ,we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Every piece undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
Change of mind or personal preference
Slight colour/finish variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings
Incorrect size selection by the customer
Delay caused by courier partners
Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
All sales are considered final, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery.
2. Exchange Policy (Eligible Cases Only)
We offer exchange/store credit only if you receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
An incorrect item
Exchange request requirements:
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Unboxing video is mandatory (start recording before opening the package)
Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
All tags, boxes, and invoices must be intact
Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
3. Replacement Process
Once your request is approved:
Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
The product will be inspected after we receive it.
After approval, we will dispatch a replacement within 5–7 working days.
If the same product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
4. Refund Policy
We maintain a No Refund Policy.
Refunds will only be processed if:
The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, or
The order is cancelled by us.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping Charges
If the item received is damaged or incorrect → Return shipping will be covered by us.
For any other approved exchange → Shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
