Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

During sales, launches, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping across India on prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional charge of ₹[amount].

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Courier partner details
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address and contact number are correct.
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

Multiple failed delivery attempts
Packages refused at delivery
Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Courier partner delays
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays or strikes
However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

7. Damaged Package During Transit

If the outer package looks tampered or damaged:
Do not accept the parcel
Record a video and contact us immediately
